Little steps produce BIg Results

Starting on the path to change usually takes only 1 step. When you look back at those times in your life when you decided to change something can you remember the steps you took? Can you remember the process you had in place? Can you define the strategy you used to achieve the change you were seeking? For most people they can not. The overwhelming statistical proof unfortunately tells us that the majority of people don't succeed in making the changes they want in life. Most people not only don't succeed at making changes, but they attempt to change over and over and over again. What was it that Albert Einstein once said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

I want to help people stop this cycle. I am ready to start you on the RIGHT path. This path starts with just 1 step. 1 little step. A step so small that you won't even notice that you have made it. So tiny in fact that even your MIND - that place where all things good go to get messed up - won't recognize that you are trying to do something new. So, if you're ready. If you're ready to succeed. Thought for today. Instead of trying to solve the worlds problems in addition to your own I want you to think...yes just think of the things in your life that you have tried to change in the last 2 years. Don't go crazy with it. Just on your way home from work, right before dinner, instead of turning the TV on right away, maybe right before you go to bed today. Think. Look back over the last 2 years and try to identify those things that you have wanted to change. If you can, write them down. They don't have to be in great detail. Just write them down. What ever they are. If they are deep dark secrets, file them away in your mind but in a place where you can recall them instantly. The key here is to IDENTIFY what is and has been on your mind when you think of changing your life.

This 1st little step will go a long way, longer than you could ever imagine towards changing your life.
